hi, looks like you have huge mods..... I'm no expert but that's a bit hard to diagnose with the info you have provided...
what checks have you done?
have you tried to start it again since them? the only think I can think is that if the car wasn't warm enough yet it won't start due to flooding. you would have to take out the fuel pimp fuse and turn it over for a bit to clear the fuel.... then fuse back in and try again.... however since i can only assume this is some time ago now it should start OK... (if not relevant please ignore). :¬)
